Hello, I am Steve.
An Australian photographer based in Newcastle.

I started my journey as a photographer nearly fifty years ago when I received a camera for Christmas. Shooting film on a variety of cameras until 1998, I purchased my first digital camera and for the last twenty years remained almost exclusively a digital photographer. 

While I still shoot digital, I'm jumping back into film photography in both 35mm and medium format to slow down my creative process.

Throughout my creative journey I have shot a variety of subjects but today I principally focus on creating urban, street and travel images.
